invalid user name and only 16 contacts added

hi,
I constantly get the same error when i try to sync my iphone (1G): invalid user name
I followed all the steps butt it wont sync.
the strange thing is that i do get 16 contacts everythime. on my phone there are 139
how do can I get the other 123 contact on my.memova?

Hello there,
There may be an issue with one of your contacts. Make sure that you dont have too much info in the notes of your contacts etc. See if there is anything different in the 17th contact.

hi,
there is no more info then the numbers themselves...nothing strange with nr 17
what's strange is that the contacts don't match the order in witch they are in my phone.
2 things: missing contacts and the others not in alphabetical order
i will check if there is something strange with one of my contacts butt i don't think so.
my iphone keeps telling me that my user name is invalid so it can not sync although it imports 16 contacts (somewhat randomly)

Hi,
I would urge you to take a look at your contacts to verify there arent any large notes fields.
